Our design communication skills are exceptional and also extend to written and verbal communication for design, marketing, and general professional relations.

We are adept at design for virtually all building types and a varied stylistic range, from traditional to modern design. Our expertise extends to the technical side of the field as we possess noteworthy understanding of building systems, specifications, detailing conventions and project delivery methods. We pay rigorous attention to detail in both design / documentation and general project communications / processes.

I-HA is a ‘team player’ who is sensitive to the pragmatic concerns of a client or project but also passionate and capable in pursuit of ideal design outcomes.

  • Spent the past 20 years with some of Atlanta’s leading architectural firms, delivering quality projects in most market sectors, including Retail, Office, Educational, (K-12 & Higher Ed) Healthcare, Hospitality, Recreational, Religious and Residential (Single and Multi-family) providing masterplanning, conceptual design and project management.
  • In recent years, served primarily in the role of Design Principal/Director of Design for CDH Partners, Inc., an industry leader in Religious, Healthcare & Educational facility design.
  • Possesses a unique skill set that affords clients a ‘top notch’ designer, well-versed in all facets of Building & Space Planning while also giving them a practical perspective, well-grounded in reality and experience, for an owner-specific, budget-sensitive, technically sound solution. In other words, Mr. Martin is a creative, ‘big picture’, thinker/designer but is also very adept at managing the ‘nuts and bolts’ of your building and project. 
  • Significant strengths include exceptional design communication skills, from sketching and ‘loose’ color concept drawings to final presentation renderings. Able to efficiently & economically progress from initial concept to refined design solution.
